The Evidence Room has been, once again, working hand in hand with CBS News 48 Hours team on a new shocking and complicated murder case.

Dr. Robert Neulander is a one of the most highly recognized gynecologists in the area of Syracuse, NY; and shares a “happy” marriage with Leslie Neulander.

He is later forced to face serious accusations claiming him as the one responsible for his wife’s death. He firmly states that the death was caused by an accidental fall in the bathroom, probably caused by a vertigo attack resulting in dizziness and a serious trauma in her head.

Incredibly, Dr. Neulander has the support of all his children, including Leslie’s family. His 23 year old daughter, Jenna Neulander, is the only witness and the one who called 911 after seeing her mom being carried by his dad all covered in blood from the bathroom to his room, where he could more comfortably perform CPR.

The complicated case becomes even more suspicious when new evidence starts showing up…
